Ocebus: Passenger Transportation from Ukraine to Europe
We launched a project with Ocebus, a company specializing in passenger transportation from Ukraine to Europe and back. The task was to build marketing from scratch and bring in the first leads through the website, Instagram account, and Facebook page.
Work stages:
- We started by preparing the website: installed all the necessary tracking tools and set up conversion goals to optimize campaigns for conversions.
- Then, we filled the Instagram, Facebook pages, and Telegram group with relevant content about transportation services.
- After that, we developed a marketing strategy to attract the first inbound traffic.

Placements and targeting:
- All available placements were utilized.
- The geo-targeting covered the whole of Ukraine and European countries targeting the Ukrainian-speaking audience.


Advertising activities and results:
- We developed several advertising creatives.
- We focused mainly on the Instagram page and the website.
- In the first stage, we achieved over 2,000 visits to the Instagram page at a $0.11 cost per click, which helped generate the first leads through Instagram.
- The website generated leads at an average cost of $10.
Each month, there were 30–50 qualified leads from the website, processed by the client’s managers. - We also set up Google Ads search campaigns targeting relevant keywords.
Currently, the average cost per lead is around 275 UAH, which is optimal and profitable for the client.

Summary:
The project has proven to be successful. The next steps include scaling advertising budgets and testing more geographies and creatives.
